The Lansdowne Hotel

The Lansdowne Strand Hotel is located in the town centre, opposite the library. The group will be in the Harris function room, which we have exclusive use of.

If you are driving: Sainsbury's car park is free for 2 hours (correct at time of writing), and only a couple of minutes' walk away.

To find the Harris room: turn left immediately after entering the main doors into the hotel. The room is in on the ground floor, and there is plenty of room for buggies in it.
Food and drink: You cannot bring your own food or drink into the venue (other than  milk!) but tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks are available to buy at the bar.

Parking: Two spaces available on driveway, there are no parking restriction on roads immediately outside Optimum Corner
Directions: Turn from Eastleigh Road onto Waylands (next to the parade of shops). Optimum Corner is the first building on your left.
Accessibility: Ground floor venue, with no steps up to building.

Downton group is located in Downton Baptist Church, it is a large space with private areas if needed. There are some toys and older children are more than welcome.

Parking: Free, follow lane down past the church

Directions: Follow the Borough and turn onto South Lane

Nearest bus stop: A number of bus routes stop at the Borough/the Co-Op including 44, PR9, 763. Please check before travelling.

Accessibility: Ramp entrance, accessible toilets

Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre (Cafe Space)

Five Rivers group is located in the cafe area of Five Rivers, Salisbury.  It is run by ABM trained volunteers and usually has a Breastfeeding Counsellor present. It is a large space with private areas if needed.

 

Hot drinks and snacks available for purchase from cafe.

Parking: Free, please pay attention to signs for max time

Directions: Follow Castle Road from town, left to Butts Road, right onto Hulse Road. 

Nearest bus stop: A number of bus routes stop at Castle Road roundabout, including R4, PR11, 67. Check before travelling.

Accessibility: Ramp entrance, accessible toilets
